Stop here, no need to look any further! This is the most capable, caring, honest, business that I have ever worked with. The owner Brian is the most trustworthy upstanding dedicated to his business person with a great knowledge of his craft! Started with him when we first moved to La Quinta due to his great reviews on Yelp. One of the best moves I’ve made. He was honest about our unit and stated that we could get a few more years from it. He was correct, so when it was time to replace it we went with him. He gave us a very fair price and did not try to oversell us like others. Since then, he has stood by his work and serviced it without a hassle. We are set now with a wifi thermostat new unit and great friendly service! Thanks, Brian!!

Everyone from Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating were first class. I initially got in contact with them through Yelp and they were able to set me an appointment right away. It started with great communication with the office to schedule and Brian came out to diagnose the problem. They used thermal imaging cameras to see what kind of air was coming out. The problem ended up being the fan motor, but he didn’t have that exact one on the truck, so they sent another tech to finish up a couple of hours later. Again the office called to let me know that their tech was on the way. He was in and out and my air is working perfectly again. Thank you to everyone at Absolute, you guys rock!

Brian, the owner was very responsive. He provided several quote options and was on time for every appointment. His crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. I never felt any pressure as we delayed our decision for several weeks because my husband was out of town. His communication was excellent and once we made the decision the unit was in within a couple of days. He didn’t try and oversell us and his pricing was very reasonable (unlike several of his competitors). I will be signing up for a service contract with him for sure in the summer! Highly recommend!!

Brian, Jen, and his team are outstanding! I had them install a new AC unit and could not be more satisfied with the service, work, and follow-up. Brian is a professional who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and is just an outstanding person. He took the time to explain and help me select the best unit for my house. Excellent response time and excellent installation in the heat of the Summer. Our AC heat pump went out at our rental and Brian was very responsive he did an excellent job and also installed a nest wireless thermostat which works flawlessly.

Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating has been my HVAC team since I moved to the desert in 2016. From the very first visit for AC seasonal servicing, they impressed me because they keep their commitments. When Brian (or Jenn) says they will be there at a certain time on a date, they arrive as expected without fail. In addition, Brian is always knowledgeable and honest. He tries to find the best solution or repair before recommending major work and he and the team always keep at it until the work is done and I am satisfied.
